# Form T4: Tenant Application - Landlord did not Comply with an Agreement to Increase the Rent Above the Guideline

Ontario Landlord and Tenant Board.

Used for: A tenant's application asking the LTB to order the landlord to return all or part of a rent increase above the guideline, because the landlord broke an N10 agreement to do repairs, buy equipment or add a service.
