Only the person can do
- Complete the payment information yourself. Router.law never handles payment details.
- If tenant 2 signs the application instead of tenant 1, mark Tenant 2 in Part 4.
- If you need accommodation under the Ontario Human Rights Code to take part, complete the accommodation request yourself and explain what you need. Router.law leaves this to you.
- Sign the application in Part 4 as a tenant or the legal representative.
