# Form LTB-UTILITIES: Information from your Landlord about Utility Costs

Ontario Landlord and Tenant Board.

Used for: The landlord's statement to a tenant whose rent went up under an above-guideline order for utilities: the base year and current utility costs and, if costs went down, Schedule A on whether the rent must be reduced.
