# Form LTB-REOPEN: Request to Re-open an Application

Ontario Landlord and Tenant Board.

Used for: A party asks the LTB to re-open an application that was resolved by a mediated agreement or a section 206 consent order, because a term was not met, they were coerced or misled, or the requester lacked capacity.
