Form LTB-PAY-AGREEMENT: Payment Agreement

A landlord and tenant record an agreed plan for the tenant to repay rent arrears, to settle the landlord's L1 or L9 application before the hearing.

Only the person can do

• Decide together whether to include the optional L1 term in section 4 (the landlord may file an L4 without telling the tenant if a payment is missed). If you include it, tick the box and the tenant initials it.
• Each landlord (or their representative) and each tenant reads the agreement and signs and dates it on page 3. Once signed it is a legal contract, as the form says.
