Ontario Landlord and Tenant Board.

Used for: The landlord tells the LTB and the tenant, before the hearing of an L1 or L9 application, what has changed since the application was filed (payments, new rent, deposit, NSF charges, the amount now owing) and any circumstances the LTB should consider.
