Only the person can do

Decide together which notices and documents you agree to receive by email, and tick them yourselves. Router.law never gives consent for anyone.
The landlord signs the consent personally, if they agree. Router.law never gives consent for anyone.
The tenant signs the consent personally, if they agree. Router.law never gives consent for anyone.
