Used for: The landlord's request that a tenant pay a suite meter provider directly for electricity, with the rent reduction offered and the Schedule showing how it was worked out; the tenant signs only if they agree.

- The tenant decides whether to agree. Only a tenant who agrees writes their name, signs and dates the agreement on page 2 (each tenant must sign). Router.law leaves the agreement blank.
