# Form L10: Application to Collect Money a Former Tenant Owes

Ontario Landlord and Tenant Board.

Used for: A landlord's application to the LTB to collect money a tenant who has already moved out owes: rent and compensation, NSF cheque charges, utility costs, damage, or costs caused by substantial interference.
